Born and raised from New York City chef Perry Cheung relocated to San Francisco, California in 2004 to pursue his culinary career. He moved to Los Angeles in 2012 and founded Phorage, ASAP Phorage, and his new concept Dumpling Monster in West Hollywood. He is currently working on a new Phorage in West Hollywood featuring a full bar with a cocktail program.

MY Vietnamese Rice Cakes with Langoustine tasting paves the next wave of food trends because it’s perfect for sharing, and it’s a classic Vietnamese dish. Food trends will always lead you back to the roots.

What does the future of Asian food look like? 

The future of Asian food is forever growing. Its constantly changing though technique and ingredients but the end product is something you are familiar with but better.

What does celebrating 10 lucky years of LUCKYRICE mean to you? 

Celebrating 10 lucky years of LuckyRice shows how far we've come to highlight Asian cuisine. Being part of this is such a privilege to represent.
