Cathay Pacific Airways and LUCKYRICE partnered for an evening celebrating Hong Kong and Cathay's fifth direct flight from New York Metro to Hong Kong. "16 Hours 'til Hong Kong" - a play on the flight time - featured all the vibrant tastes of Hong Kong over a period of sixteen hours: RedFarm (dim sum), Outer Borough (tea time), Anita Lo and Pichet Ong (fine dining), Yunnan Kitchen (night market), and Xavier Herit and Orson Salicetti (mixology).
