Join us for an enlightening conversation with acclaimed Chefs Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin) and David Chang (Momofuku) as well as Tim McHenry of the Rubin Museum of Art as they discuss the connection between Buddhist ethics and food as well as the impact of Buddhism on their lives, in and out of the kitchen. How does food, as the ultimate form of ritual, take on added meaning for Buddhists? What is Buddhist cuisine and what does it taste like? How have Buddhist ethics shaped the Chefs personal principles? Find out how Eric Ripert incorporates Buddhist principles into a bustling Manhattan restaurant and thriving business.
