At this intimate, multi-course seated dessert tasting and tea pairing for just 50 lucky guests, get ready to indulge your sweet tooth while luxuriating in the Mandarin Oriental’s awe-inspiring Lotus Lounge overlooking Central Park. The city’s most intriguing pastry chefs—as selected by LUCKYRICE Culinary Council Pichet Ong (Village Tart)—will dish out desserts-sweet and savory-that wink at their Asian inspiration, be it in the form of matcha tea cupcakes, warm chocolate cake with miso mochi and azuki ice cream or a peach and brie tart infused with Sichuan peppercorn oil. All the treats will be complemented by artisanal brews selected for each course by Mighty Leaf Teas.
